About Us:
At Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all students. We believe in empowering our educators and providing them with the resources they need to help every child succeed. We are currently seeking a Teacher Aid to help students in various areas of the school building, to work at 3.25 mid day shift.

Position Overview:
The Teacher Aide will work closely with students during lunch, recess, and transitions throughout the school day. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment, providing support as needed within the middle of the school day. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm in high-energy environments, and a passion for supporting students' well-being.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly in a school or recreational setting, preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
• Energetic, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Background check required.
