Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable substitute teachers to join our team. As a substitute teacher, you will step into various classrooms and provide instruction in the absence of the regular teacher. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a positive learning atmosphere and ensuring that educational objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a safe, respectful environment.
• Engage students in learning activities and encourage participation.
• Communicate effectively with students and staff.
• Provide feedback on student performance and classroom activities.
• Ensure the classroom is left in good order at the end of the day.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled in a relevant program).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to adapt quickly and effectively to different classroom environments.
• Degrees or transcripts showing degree progression/completion must be provided.
