Job Description

The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District seeks an experienced, enthusiastic, child focused and culturally responsive school building leader that will:

  • Cultivate academic excellence across all subject areas with a commitment to every student.

  • Support intervention and enrichment opportunities that foster individual student talents.

  • Explore innovative ideas to enhance curriculum, instruction, technology integrations, and budget development.

  • Support high quality professional development opportunities for continuous professional growth and personal development.

  • A student-centered leader who understands the importance of inspiring, motivating, and working interdependently with faculty, staff and administration to achieve a love of learning and inspire students to attain the highest level of success.

 

Qualifications: 

  • Valid NYSED Administrative Certification & at least five years experience in the field of education. Preference will be given to individuals with leadership experience at the elementary school level. 

 

Completed Application

  • Cover letter, current résumé, and at least 3 current professional references
  • Copy of NYS building-level administrative certification
  • Copy of undergraduate and graduate transcripts.
