Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, a love for teaching, and the ability to work one-on-one with students to help them achieve their academic goals. As a tutor, you will provide personalized lessons, guidance, and support to students of various ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized tutoring sessions in subject(s) such as Math, English, Science, etc.
• Develop tailored lesson plans that meet the specific needs and goals of each student
• Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting methods as needed to maximize their learning potential
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress and areas for improvement
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge in [subject(s)] and ability to explain concepts clearly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for helping others learn
