Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team (6.5 hrs/day. You will work closely with the lead teacher to create a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes the academic and social growth of all students.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of behavioral management techniques is a plus.
  • Teaching Assistant Certification or willing to obtain one.
